A new year, a new me!

Jan 12, 2012

Whoa…why is this blog so cold one? No warm welcome meh?

Happy New Year friends! I miss you all so much! Sorry for the long silence. I have to admit, it is all due to my extreme laziness! Period. Although I cannot deny that life after returning was a little challenging to start with. Also, that I was very busy with work. And also I was outstation for quite some time. Hmm, come to think of it, I did have some reasonable excuses.

Before writing any further, I have to reassure everyone that I am very fine. So fine that I had managed to gain 6kg in the past few months!! Yeah, yeah it’s time for a healthier lifestyle. No more nasi lemak, roti canai every day. Back to the old eating style…sushi and sashimi. To lose 6 kg is going to be tough! But I have to start moving now.

So, you guys probably can guess what my new year resolution is.

“Lose weight and live heathily” . Yeah, that’s it. Very simple.

How? By healthy eating and exercise! Of course.

When? Now, that is a tricky question. A wise lady has once told me…

“It is not right to think exercise should be fitted in between your busy schedule. To me, Exercise should be in your busy schedule, no matter what.”

Cool eh?

Oh yes, before I forget, Sya has started elementary school. Yes, he is a school boy now. Attending a Chinese school in Klang Valley. Quite a good school but it’s tough on him. He has to wake up at 5.30am. It is heartbreaking to see him having breakfast with his eyes half closed. We have to leave home before 6.30am every day to avoid the traffic jam in front of the school. School ends at 4.30pm. We were quite worried at first but he seems to be enjoying school and he hasn’t complained so I suppose he is good so far.

Well, I hope everyone has had a great year so far. Sincerely wishing you a wonderful year ahead!

Will catch up with you later!

Wei! woman! how are you? I thought that you were enjoying the Malaysian weather and food so much that you had forgotten about us poor souls in our blogs. *laughs*

Welcome back, dear and Happy New Year. Glad to hear that Sya is enjoying his new school. I guess the strict regiment in Chinese schools and discipline is something he is comfortable with.

Walaikumsalam Cheqna,

My hubby from KT...hihihi. So, memang kena balik sana once in a while. :)
Betul, dah bertimbun juga baju kurung sutera. Nak ikutkan hati, malas benar nak basuh tangan tiap2 hari. Oh, dan ironing is a big headache too! Nak buat camana, dah terbeli, kenalah pakai ya tak? Hihihi

You have a great weekend too!
